Advertising Wizards
A 'wizard' helps you through every step of the process. It provides every imaginable option and flexibility to suit your tendering requirements. Your tender can be made available for immediate viewing and remains on the network until it closes. Need to change a closing date or other details? Simply click on edit, make the change and everyone will automatically be notified.

Immediate Notification to Nominated Suppliers
Your organisation can maintain a list of nominated suppliers who are immediately notified when one of your tenders is published.

Amendment Notification System (Automatic)
An advanced tracking system records the details of any person accessing your information, even non registered users. If an amendment is made this will automatically notify those who have accessed the tender.

Electronic Documentation
You have the option of providing electronic documentation at your server or at ours. One mouse click uploads documentation to their system immediately. We have automated on-line ordering facilities available should your organisation wish to charge for the documentation.

Electronic Tender Box
You have the option of providing an electronic tender box at your server or at ours. You can also select a direct tender box or submission via e-mail. You decide on the security levels and system you want. When the tender closes, if you have supplied an electronic tender box you then have access to submitting companies, their quotations and details. Supplier Performance Database
After a tender has closed, the bidders can be viewed and their profile/previous performance analysed.

Notification of Tenders Awarded
This is an option that can be utilised by the buyer if required. This information details the successful bidder and the contract price.

Selective or Non Selective Tendering
You have the choice of making the tender available for:
- Anyone to access
- Restricting access to our subscribers
- Restricting access to your registered clientele

Suppliers Directory
This quality directory of suppliers enables a quick reference to locate goods and/or services when a buyer is not going to open tender. The requirement to be listed in this directory is at least 5 years in business or approved quality accreditation.
