Decades have now past since Jon Barnard (our Managing Director) invented On-line Tendering.

The first system was developed many years before the Internet (1989) and consisted of 100 telephone lines, each linked to a modem and a multi-tasking database software he had developed on MS DOS based machines.

This was an amazing achievement for the technology of the day. Not only was this the world's first on-line interactive Tender system, it is believed to be one of the first interactive on-line database systems developed in the world.

We are just as dedicated to the future development of on-line tendering as we were in 1989 and we are gradually openning up more and more of our services for free access. You can advertise tenders and access many of the tenders listed on this network without cost.
